We understand that purchasing tile for your project involves careful consideration. Our 30-day return policy for unopened tile packages ensures your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened, unused tile shipments within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please provide your original packing slip/invoice and ensure that the tiles are in their original, unopened condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at concierge@langandconewyork.comto request an RFA (Request for Return authorization) the RFA will be reviewed by our concierge team to ensure your request meets our return policy guidelines.
If your Return Authorization Request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken or damaged or if you receive the wrong selections, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain selections cannot be returned such as custom mosaics or special orders. Please reach out to our concierge team if you have questions or concerns about your specific product selection.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
